At Southwest Property Consultants we develop excellent, supportable appraisal reports and market analysis that are strong on analysis, design and turnaround time.
Matt Buxton, MAI, SRA formed the company after gaining extensive experience working for local and national firms. Our reports are based on a survey of appraisals from over ten local and national firms taking the best practices and incorporating them into a sound and logical report.
We specialize in both Commercial (office, retail, industrial, multi-family, land) and Residential (single-family residential, condo, townhouse) assignments. Matt also holds the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute while demonstrating the highest technical appraisal skills and ethical conduct.
Coverage Areas
Commercial assignment coverage areas include all areas within Nevada. Cities and areas in Southern Nevada include Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mesquite and Pahrump. We also cover Northern Nevada in Reno, Sparks, Lake Tahoe, Carson City and Dayton.
Residential assignment coverage areas are currently limited to areas in Southern Nevada in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mesquite and Pahrump.
